This is my finished Zoe bag from the pattern in Tanya Whelan’s book. I wasn’t able to find a heavy weight interfacing like Pellon so I had to improvise by doubling the lining to make it more firm. Whether that is acceptable or not in sewing, I have absolutely no idea. But it did help. My bag is not perfect. Some seams are off and not straight. But, to quote Ms. Whelan, “No one will notice that tiny bump…some things are not worth fixing.”
I love my Zoe bag.
“Love what you sew,” my mantra.
If not, who else would?
